Mermaid and Caliban, Metaphysical Existential love poetry

The heat-wave swells across me
I feel sublimely tranquil
You breathe softly into
The receiver of my peaceful soul
For witch you are responsible
The fractal ambiance on the line
Ebbs and flows like the waves
On an electric ocean
A sea shell is cupped to my ear
I'm smiling and as carefree as you
Your breathing reaches a new intensity
Sleeping serenely lovely one
As I ponder how you came to be here
On a phone answered which never rung
My spirit sings discreetly at this symmetry
On this sun shiny day
By the shores of Caliban's island
A mermaid came to play
Softly breathing light into his night
Another neon vigil
Another existential spike
Another magic, another hope to follow
Another hello, another beautiful riddle
A grasp for air, a dream's moan
But you, my dear, are not alone
Attacking bearded chickens
