Daisy, English poem

Daisy dances with stars
Tenderly plays footsie
In white cotton cloud socks
Universes for eyes
Reality blossoming at the tips
Of her wings and fingers
While dangling rocket ships in innocence
Calls down to passenger jets
How she is only killing time
Cracking atoms and rolling tides
Really wanting to be an air hostess
Or a beautician, maybe
Meanwhile, NASA missing a shuttle
Lost in the stratosphere
Of her petticoats
Yet her naivete never boasts
Ghosts of castles and horses
Kiss and cuddle
On the margins
Of the chessboard
And each fresh victory
Is greeted with grins and giggles
Of astonished undisguised glee
